What are your business hours?

My office hours are Sunday through Thursday from 10:00am-7:00pm. I work in Oakland and San Francisco.

What are your fees and do you take insurance?

My fees are $205 for 60 minute sessions.

My reduced fee spots are full at this time.

In my private practice, I am self-pay. I provide superbills for potential insurance reimbursement for out-of-network care. I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to inquire about potential reimbursement, as I cannot guarantee reimbursement of fees.

I also work for Rula, which is a separate group practice, where you could potentially use your insurance  but I currently have no openings for new clients at this time.

Why does therapy cost so much?

You're not just paying for the 60 minutes you share with your therapist. You're paying for the notes taken after, the time spent planning the sessions, and the time spent researching resources that would benefit you and/or your child.

Therapy is a very individual process. It can take time to build trust and rapport with your therapist. Part of the intake process is determining your goals and setting expectations together about how long the therapy process will take.
